Apply now!A Day in the life:Develop your own line of Life Science business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily.Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company's culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.Intake job order details from clients to learn about their preferences and qualifications and inform them of their responsibilities.Draft detailed job descriptions in database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing.Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to staffing team.Follow up on resume submissions to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process.Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed.About you:5 years of experience in Life Science technology staffing and/or fixed-price project salesPersonable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationshipsStrategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlinesStrong motivation for personal growth and successAmbitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievementBachelor's Degree RequiredWho We Are:We've been pairing professionals in the work force with leading employers across the country for over three decades. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees.
