This role supports high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels while partnering closely with hiring leaders and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Setting: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and applicant tracking data while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions, levels, and business disciplines.
- Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and assess talent.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to recruiting and onboarding.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
