A biotech company in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process: intakes with Hiring Managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, offer negotiations and Workday transactions
- Build talent pools, identify, and join job fairs and career conferences, collaborate with universities
- Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Coordinators to provide the best possible Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience
- Source and screen a diverse and inclusive pool of talent through passive and active candidates using multi-channel strategies
- Conduct role briefings with Hiring Managers to determine needs and set expectations for the recruitment process
- Support vendor engagement & recruitment of candidates for Contract positions
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific areas of the end-to-end recruitment process, owning the intake of proposed changes, vetting with the appropriate stakeholders, and sharing with your peers to ensure local (and potentially global) alignment.
- Ensure client's compliance commitments are met through the proper execution of recruitment & hiring practice, as well as via the guidance provided to our Hiring Managers
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Recruitment experience in the Biotech and/or Pharma industry
- Bachelor's Degree (or working equivalent)
- Proficient digital literacy/effective working knowledge of Workday & Microsoft 365
- Ability to prioritize, adapt and remain resilient with the ebb and flow of work volume in a fast-paced environment
- Effective research and problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact empathetically, diplomatically, and efficiently within a diverse organization and team environment
- Demonstrated learning agility
Salary : $80 - $85
