A recognized services company in Minnesota is actively seeking a new Epicor Kinetic Financials Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, the Epicor Kinetic Financials Consultant will be responsible for implementing key Epicor Kinetic Financials capabilities to support the client's financial operations and ensure streamlined financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and deployment of coreEpicor KineticFinancials modules, including:
- Chart of Accounts (COA) Setup
- GL Control Code Setup
- GL Categories
- Cost Accounting
- Project Accounting
- Deferred Revenue / Billing
- Profit & Loss (P&L) / Balance Sheet (BS) Reporting
- Cycle Counting & Annual Inventory
- Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with the client's Controller to support and guide the financial setup, ensuring processes are streamlined and reporting is accurate
- Implement cost accounting and project accounting processes to align with the manufacturing operations of the business
- Provide expertise in financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting within the context of a manufacturing environment
- Support the integration of Epicor Kinetic Financials with other systems and ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Epicor Kinetic Financials implementations, including core financial modules (COA, GL, P&L, Reporting, Cost Accounting).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, especially in manufacturing environments.
- CPA or equivalent financial qualifications, with expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, and costing
- Experience with project accounting and forecasting in a manufacturing context
- Ability to work independently and remotely, collaborating closely with the client's team
