A biotech company is currently seeking a new SAP Testing Lead & ALM Facilitator to join a team focused on a large-scale ERP transformation program.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be able to travel to client sites on a frequent basis***
Responsibilities:
Leading the testing strategy and execution for SIT and UAT phases
Managing ALM setup, including configuration and user support
Developing testing playbooks and ensuring processes meet quality standards
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
Providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an SAP Testing Lead
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong proficiency in ALM tools (OpenText, Micro Focus, or SAP ALM)
In-depth knowledge of SAP Material Management and Supply Chain processes
Experience in ERP project management within the pharma or med device industries
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage and collaborate across global teams
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Additional SAP certifications
Experience with Data Structures and Test Data preparation
Salary : $80 - $90
