A biotech company is currently seeking a new SAP Testing Lead & ALM Facilitator to join a team focused on a large-scale ERP transformation program.

• This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be able to travel to client sites on a frequent basis***
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Leading the testing strategy and execution for SIT and UAT phases
• Managing ALM setup, including configuration and user support
• Developing testing playbooks and ensuring processes meet quality standards
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
• Providing insights and recommendations to leadership
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as an SAP Testing Lead
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong proficiency in ALM tools (OpenText, Micro Focus, or SAP ALM)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Material Management and Supply Chain processes
• Experience in ERP project management within the pharma or med device industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage and collaborate across global teams
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Additional SAP certifications
• Experience with Data Structures and Test Data preparation
