About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (with flexible 3x12 or 4x10 options)
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to primarily adult patients
- Manage family medicine and sick visit appointments
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients for limited sick visits as appropriate
- Conduct follow-up visits and new patient visits within scheduled appointment times
- Document patient encounters and maintain timely charting in the electronic medical record
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Family Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Family Medicine experience required
- Experience providing adult primary care and sick visits required
