Responsibilities:
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care, FQHC
- Patient Population: All ages
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Primary Care experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Nursing
- NYS licensed Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
