What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider -Gastroenterology position at Live Well Homecare?
In collaboration with the Supervising Physician, the Advanced Practice Provider assists in the diagnosis and treatment of patients within a Gastroenterology Practice.
Qualifications include graduation from an approved AP Provider program, NY State licensure and registration, and current Board Certification. CPR and APP certifications are required; ACLS is preferred.
Preferred experience includes previous gastroenterology or related healthcare roles, along with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and effective communication with all staff levels.
This is a contract, in-person position with a pay range of $50.51 - $67.98 per hour. Benefits offered include 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
