Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed, including document management, mail handling, and record organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency across financial operations
- Contribute to process improvements and support various special projects
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, or a more senior professional returning to the workforce
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to take a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to a variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
