This role ensures the effective delivery of tutoring, supplemental instruction, academic readiness, and student success initiatives. The coordinator functions as an operational and academic liaison to university stakeholders across disciplines and departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations of the Learning Center. Manage tutoring schedules, coverage, and delivery modes. Coordinate and/or facilitate academic readiness and student support events. Serve as point of contact for student, staff, and faculty inquiries. Perform administrative functions to support operations. Maintain program dashboards and update them in support of readiness needs. Assist with data reporting, to include program assessment and recommendations, and continuous improvement efforts. Support planning, implementation, and assessment of academic support programs. Support student persistence, academic readiness, and engagement initiatives through coordinated academic support services. Collaborate with the Director and university partners to identify academic needs, high-need courses, and targeted interventions (e.g., workshops, embedded support). Monitor and evaluate support programs to optimize effectiveness. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of tutors, supplemental instructors, and support staff. Establish and maintain relationships with faculty, advisors, and across university departments. Support outreach, presentations, meetings, and program promotion. One year of related experience in an educational setting. Salary: $43,888 Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Nights and weekends as needed. Supervision of Others: This position generally does not supervise employees. Work Location: This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work on campus.
