JOB DESCRIPTION
The Coordinator, Group Sales role is a full-time position focused on supporting the Ticketing Sales and Service team for the Tampa Bay Rays. This position will be responsible for coordinating game day events and serving as an internal contact for multiple departments to ensure group expectations are met. This will require strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for scheduling Account Executives and Ticket Sales Representatives for game day shifts.
- Utilize ProVenue to generate reports and update Season Member, Party Area, and Suite deposits.
- Maintain group ticket events by utilizing FEVO Enterprise to build ticket links for Sales Representatives or other internal departments.
- Responsible for communicating with Levy Catering to ensure that all suites and party areas are accounted for and prepared for game days.
- Properly communicate game day information to internal departments by sending out game day notes with details on groups, suites, and party areas.
- Support Sales Representatives during game day events by preparing group scanners, coordinating intern assistance, and managing ticket package inventory.
- Manage ticket package inventory through ProVenue, FEVO Enterprise, and Tableau Dashboards.
- Point of contact for internal department’s needs regarding ticket packages and premium areas.
- Provide customer service for groups by assisting with mobile ticketing via the MLB Ballpark App.
- Assist with creating group flyers to promote ticket packages and other group events.
- Assist with submitting updated sales collateral for the department.
- Maintain general office organization within the group inventory and office supply storage areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years working in a ticketing department preferred
- Experience with CRM and Ticketing Systems preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required
