Responsibilities:
Process hardware in accordance with job traveler instructions and training guidelines.
Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate plating and finishing procedures.
Record required processing information accurately on job travelers and production documentation.
Communicate observations or process concerns to processing personnel, quality staff, maintenance, and management.
Assist with material handling and movement of hardware throughout the production area.
Support safe operation of plating equipment and adherence to company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Assist with additional production duties as directed by supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No prior experience required, training provided.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
