Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care is delivered consistently.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical tasks.
- Implement and monitor adherence to nursing protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR and EHR systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Conduct training and development sessions for nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nurse management and team management
- Strong skills in patient care and basic life support
- Proficient in catheterization and IV insertion
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
- Critical care experience and knowledge of physiology
- Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
