Reports To: Food & Beverage Purchaser
Summary
Stocks and organizes all products in coolers, freezers and dry goods. Unloads supply trucks, labels, dates, rotates and stores all food and beverage products. Arranges and organizes coolers and freezers to maximize storage space and ease of use.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; secondary smoke; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

- Interacts with F&B department personnel to establish and understand needs for goods and services being requested.
- Ensures products and services provided are in accordance with contracts and orders submitted.
- Responsible for proper storage of goods being received to include, dating, rotating, labeling and organizing.
- Maintains cleanliness of storage areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
