What you'll do
- Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
- Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
- Perform point‑of‑care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Support patient education, follow‑ups, and clear communication
- Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
- Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines
What you bring
- Accredited MA training or equivalent experience
- MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we'll reimburse for your certification)
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment
