Our client, a fast-growing boutique wealth advisory firm, is seeking an Associate Plan Advisor to join their specialized retirement plan practice. This role offers the opportunity to step into an existing book of business while developing expertise in advanced plan design and employer-sponsored retirement solutions.
The Opportunity
- Manage and grow relationships with an established group of 401(k) and retirement plan clients
- Collaborate on plan design, financial strategies, and client deliverables
- Lead client meetings and support prospective business development efforts
- Conduct plan reviews, benchmarking, and investment analysis
- Work alongside experienced advisors in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with 401(k) and defined contribution plans (required)
- Exposure to cash balance or defined benefit plans preferred
- 2 years of experience in financial services
- Series 7 & 66 and Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage relationships independently

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
