This well-established and successful practice has developed a structured, in-house training program designed to mentor and cultivate the next generation of financial advisors. The role will initially focus on a Service Advisor capacity, providing direct support to clients and advisors. As you progress through the firm’s development program, responsibilities will evolve toward business development and asset gathering, positioning you for a successful advisory career.
You will also benefit from direct mentorship by a top-performing advisor in the industry, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to best-in-class practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior advisors in delivering high-quality client service and financial planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Assist with account management, client onboarding, and ongoing service needs
- Participate in the firm’s advisor development program
- Gradually transition into business development and client acquisition responsibilities
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within six months
- Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CFP® designation preferred or willingness to pursue
- 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management
- Strong communication skills with a client-first, service-oriented mindset
