Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or related major, strongly preferred.
- Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 and insurance licenses, or interested in obtaining within a reasonable timeframe, preferred.
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred.
- CRM and MS Office Suite experience preferred.
- Working with the local team’s administrative assistants, along with supervising the client service function of the personal financial planning team.
- Interact with the team’s financial planning and wealth management clients on a day-to-day basis, scheduling meetings, responding to issues, and handling requests.
- Periodically meet with clients on a team basis with one of the firm’s financial advisors or senior financial advisors.
- Correspond regularly with clients, home office staff, broker-dealer and custodian representatives on a range of team management and client service matters.
- Assist with the production of comprehensive financial plans.
- Assist with the production of investment management proposals.
