Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including workforce scheduling and subcontractor oversight
- Maintain project schedules and enforce quality control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; lead toolbox talks and site inspections
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Manage site documentation and reporting using Procore, Raken, or similar tools
- Resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Represent the company with professionalism on all job sites
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial roofing
- Hands-on knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, metal, coatings, and waterproofing
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with Procore, Raken, or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to manage high-value, occupied-site commercial projects
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Base salary: $90,000 to $115,000 (up to $120,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- $5,000 relocation allowance (reimbursed post-hire)
