What You’ll Do
- Supervise Foremen, Craftsmen, and Technicians
- Lead by example with safety, teamwork, and quality control
- Manage production, materials, and manpower on site
- Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors
- Conduct daily safety and quality checks
- 2 years as a Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliability
- $90K–$110K base up to 10% annual bonus
