Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs (OSHA 1926/1910)
- Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and bilingual safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents and guide resolution through corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate safety records and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Promote a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 1 years of experience in construction safety- General Industry
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or CSP preferred
