- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable performing roof inspections and working at heights
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal)
- Experience working with general contractors, property managers, and building owners
- Spanish language skills are a plus
