TalentoHC is partnered with a global manufacturing organization seeking a Vice President & Controller
The Vice President & Controller is a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing global accounting, financial reporting, and controls across a multi-site, international business. Reporting to the CFO, this role partners closely with executive leadership to enhance financial performance, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support long-term growth. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, driving financial planning & analysis, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance operations (80 team members across FP&A, AP/AR, billing, etc.)
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, regulatory, and debt covenant requirements
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
- Manage audits (financial, tax, bank, and benefit plans)
- Support ERP implementation and system/process improvements
- Partner with leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and Board
Qualifications
- 10–15 years in finance leadership (Controller, Divisional CFO, or similar)
- Public accounting background preferred (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- Strong FP&A, financial reporting, and operational finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with ERP systems and process transformation
- Exposure to M&A, audits, and multinational operations
