OVERVIEW: Talento has partnered with a dynamic organization looking for a Contract Social Media Manager responsible for overseeing the online presence of four distinct brands. This role will manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from calendar organization to community engagement and analytics. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and customer service, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement and measurable business outcomes. This is a 3–6 month contract assignment based in Plantation, FL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, track, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across multiple platforms
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, stories, and campaigns for four (4) Brands
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging visual assets and support coordination with freelancers/agencies for content delivery
• Ensure tone, voice, and messaging remain consistent across all channels
• Monitor, moderate, and engage with followers across all platforms for assigned Brands, responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a professional manner
• Connect the dots between Customer Service support through social channels to ensure a seamless user experience
• Participate in community engagement during nights/weekends as needed on a rotating schedule
• Manage content libraries and ensure assets are properly labeled, tagged, and accessible
• Track performance metrics, audience insights, and own social KPIs to ensure continuous growth
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing engagement trends, key learnings, and recommendations
• Use data to inform future strategy, content optimization, and identify opportunities for growth and emerging trends
• Assist in developing and refining short-term and long-term social strategies and contribute ideas for campaigns that drive conversions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand, agency, or freelance)
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Suite)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability for occasional nights/weekends as it pertains to channel management
