Sales Order Specialist

Overview

TalentoHC is partnered with a growing PE-backed enterprise organization seeking a Sales Order Specialist through year-end. The person in this role will manage the order lifecycle from award to shelf, ensuring accurate customer order data and on-time product delivery. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Logistics, and Asia-based operations teams to maintain operational accuracy and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order lifecycle from initial award through final delivery
• Ensure accuracy of customer order data and documentation
• Monitor and coordinate on-time product delivery to shelf
• Proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Logistics
• Coordinate with Asia-based operations teams
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support sales team operations and customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support
• Advanced Google Docs or Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, import ranges, data reconciliation)
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities

Hourly Pay Rate: $24/hr - $27/hr
