Position Summary:
To ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Sales Orders and perform the daily generation of related management reports.
Detailed Job Description:
- Enter all Sales Orders and Sample Sales Orders into the system via MAS200 software.
- Maintain all department processing deadlines as instructed.
- Generate all related end-of-day sales reports.
- Ensure proper distribution of all reports to management and customers as scheduled and per instruction.
- Monitor the accuracy of all data entered into the system as a result of sales order processing.
- Process all replacement orders.
- Maintain an accurate audit trail of all orders.
- Perform account maintenance as required.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies that may directly impact order processing for customers.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and working relationship with company personnel and customers.
