We are hiring PLANT PRODUCTION WORKERS

SCHEDULE:

Monday–Saturday, starting at 7:00 AM until production is completed. Shifts may last 8–10 hours.

BENEFITS:

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

Pay Rate: $15 or $15.50 p/hr plus plenty of overtime

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble and prepare fern and plant arrangements.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Maintain quality and follow safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts and meet production targets.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work overtime.
