Overview:
A nationally recognized multifamily owner, developer, and property management firm is seeking a Revenue Optimization Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of operating assets across Texas and select Southwest markets. This position plays a critical role in optimizing pricing, leasing velocity, and asset-level performance across a blended portfolio of market-rate, affordable, and senior housing communities.
This is a high-impact, strategic analyst role designed for someone who enjoys working directly with operations leaders, translating data into actionable insights, and influencing decision-making at the property and regional level.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze weekly and monthly leasing, traffic, and pricing trends across a large multifamily portfolio to support NOI optimization and stabilization goals
- Partner closely with Regional Property Managers and Operations leadership as a strategic advisor, helping guide pricing, lease-up strategies, and performance corrections
- Evaluate new and existing market data, including comps and demand drivers, to recommend pricing strategies that balance rent growth with absorption
- Support lease-up and stabilized assets, identifying opportunities to accelerate performance or course-correct underperforming communities
- Conduct pricing reviews and support approval processes within revenue management systems (including AIRM or similar platforms)
- Monitor forecasting and budgeting projections, identifying negative trends early and assisting in corrective action planning
- Assist with portfolio-wide initiatives focused on revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and asset performance
- Support special projects involving portfolio segmentation, strategy development, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Participate in periodic portfolio reviews, leadership meetings, and onsite market visits as required
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field)
- 2 years of experience in real estate analytics, revenue management, or asset management
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with operations leaders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving portfolio environment
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Multifamily experience highly preferred (affordable and conventional / market-rate)
- Hands-on expereince with property site operations
