Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Oversee property leasing activities, conduct tours, market vacant units, and negotiate lease agreements to achieve optimal occupancy levels.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for accurate data entry, financial record keeping, and reporting.
- Coordinate facilities management and property maintenance using CMMS systems to ensure safety compliance and upkeep.
- Handle legal administrative functions related to landlord-tenant law, contract execution, lease enforcement, and record filing.
- Effectively resolve tenant conflicts while delivering high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify repair needs, and oversee vendors to address maintenance concerns promptly.
- Develop strong relationships with tenants using excellent communication skills and promote satisfaction and retention through customer relationship management practices.
- Support upselling efforts by promoting additional services or upgrades to increase tenant satisfaction and property value.
