Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative conditions to improve function, reduce pain, and promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress using specialized software.
- Manage a weekly caseload of 50 patient visits max, while maintaining quality and individualized care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities.
- Uphold organizational policies, ethical standards, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.
- Strong patient-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage caseloads and clinical schedules efficiently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health record systems (such as Raintree).
- Interest in clinical mentorship or leadership development.
- Familiarity with performance-based patient care environments.
- Spanish or other second-language proficiency.
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and billing practices.
