About the Role:
Loan Officers are responsible for originating, structuring, and closing private real estate loans for residential and multifamily investors, with a focus on bridge, renovation, ground‑up construction, and DSCR rental financing. This hire will build and manage a strong pipeline of investor loans by developing relationships with brokers, developers, and borrowers, analyzing deal fundamentals and property financials, and collaborating closely with in‑house underwriting, processing, and funding teams to deliver fast, flexible financing solutions. This hire will leverage the firm’s direct access to decision‑makers, marketing support, and relationship‑driven culture to efficiently close high‑quality deals.
Responsibilities:
- Source, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of real estate investor loans nationwide.
- Originate bridge, DSCR, renovation, and ground-up construction financing for single-family and multifamily properties.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with brokers, developers, and borrowers to enhance deal flow and client satisfaction.
- Analyze borrower projects and property financials to structure creative and effective loan solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and funding teams to deliver seamless lending experiences.
- Represent the company at investor events, REI meetings, and industry conferences to expand market presence.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2 years of loan origination experience producing $5MM in monthly loan volume
- Proven track record in private lending, with expertise in RTL, DSCR, and bridge loan origination.
