Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a Personal Lines book of business through networking, referrals, and relationship development.
- Consult clients on coverage strategies for home, auto, umbrella, valuables, recreational vehicles, and other personal insurance products.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across additional lines of coverage within existing client relationships.
- Establish and maintain long-term referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, financial advisors, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative client experience focused on retention and relationship management.
- Collaborate with account management and service teams for seamless client support.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay informed about market trends and underwriting updates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed new business production goals.
Must-Have Skills:
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty License.
- Experience selling Personal Lines insurance products.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales abilities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- 3 years of insurance sales or producer experience within Personal Lines!
- Existing book of business or robust referral network.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity collaborating with mortgage, real estate, or financial professionals.
