  • Develop and execute talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies for hourly, management, and leadership positions.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Coach department leaders on performance management, employee development, documentation, and accountability.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee records, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, recognition, and workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership on workers' compensation, workplace safety, leave administration, and risk management.
  • Analyze turnover, staffing, engagement, and workforce data to identify trends and develop action plans.
  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the property while fostering an open-door culture.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, community organizations, hospitality programs, and talent pipelines.
