As Market Growth Leader, you will shape a scalable growth engine across a primary New Mexico hub over a 36-month journey, combining strategic leadership, client relationships, and business development expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic growth and development of an established commercial lines insurance portfolio exceeding $7 million in premium.
- Guide, coach, and develop a team of producers to achieve revenue, production, and client retention goals.
- Build and execute a 36-month growth plan focused on creating a scalable market expansion engine.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, carrier partners, centers of influence, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the primary New Mexico market hub.
- Establish sales priorities, performance standards, and accountability measures for the producer team.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver responsive, consultative commercial insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends, pipeline activity, portfolio performance, and progress against growth objectives.
