The Opportunity:
Join a fast-growing software company in the healthcare technology space that is focused on modernizing clinical operations and patient experiences by connecting fragmented EHR systems into a unified platform. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to help build and scale an enterprise sales motion, defining success in the enterprise segment while working cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts. You will engage senior healthcare and operational leaders to drive transformational outcomes and meaningful ARR growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new ARR across a named book of enterprise accounts, winning net-new logos and expanding strategic relationships.
- Build and execute account-based strategies with a predominantly outbound motion and strong self-generated pipeline.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging clinical, operational, financial, and technical executives.
- Create account-specific ROI models, business cases, and deal strategies to secure executive alignment.
- Run discovery, demos, and proof-of-value conversations across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Support Engineers, Account Management, and Revenue Operations to deliver technical and operational rigor throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity to drive predictable outcomes.
- Travel approximately 25% as required to build on-site relationships and close enterprise deals.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years as an Account Executive with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota in SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Hunter mentality with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch.
- Strong financial acumen to build ROI models and business cases that drive executive decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex technical value for executive audiences.
- Experience with pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM-driven sales processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations, including provider groups, DSOs, or multi-site health systems.
- Familiarity with EHR/practice management systems and healthcare workflows.
- Background working with PE-backed organizations or selling to private equity sponsors.
- History of engaging dental, ambulatory, or specialty healthcare customers.
- Comfort coordinating cross-functional technical resources (support engineers, solutions architects) during complex evaluations.
