As Employment Counsel, you will support the Human Resources function across multiple regions, providing practical legal advice and helping ensure compliant, consistent employment practices. This role is well-suited for an early-career attorney who is looking to gain broad exposure to employment law in a fast-paced, international environment while partnering closely with HR and business leaders on day-to-day and strategic matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance to HR and business leaders on a wide range of employment matters.
• Draft, review, and update employee agreements, HR policies, and related documentation to support compliance with applicable employment laws and internal standards.
• Support internal investigations, employee complaints, and workplace disputes, including coordinating with outside counsel when needed.
• Ensure employment practices comply with federal, state, and applicable international employment laws and regulations.
• Deliver training and practical guidance to HR teams and business partners on employment law topics and risk mitigation.
• Stay current on developments in employment law across relevant jurisdictions and advise on potential business impacts.
• Assist in supporting employee data and privacy compliance in connection with HR processes and investigations.
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives aimed at reducing legal risk and increasing consistency in HR practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 1–4 years of legal experience.
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in or supporting a technology-driven or global organization.
• Exposure to HR counseling, employment litigation, or internal investigations.
• Experience partnering with outside counsel.
