Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and mentoring for BCBAs and RBTs while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and support ongoing professional development for clinical team members.
- Oversee clinical fidelity, ensuring accuracy of treatment plans, documentation, and data collection.
- Host regular team meetings and monitor progress toward clinical and operational goals.
- Manage a reduced personal caseload, while prioritizing team support and service quality.
- Deliver caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of treatment strategies at home and in the community.
- Maintain productivity, compliance, and clinic operations, including HR collaboration, scheduling, and clinic data systems management.
- Lead or participate in special initiatives, such as parent training, analyst development, partnerships, and research projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- Current, active BCBA certification with at least 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA (5 preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial clinical role.
- Demonstrated experience supervising BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Proven skills in clinical oversight, caregiver training, and ABA treatment planning.
- Proficiency with electronic data systems, documentation, and confidentiality requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Participation in Mandt Training or experience with related physical crisis intervention programs.
- Experience supporting children with special needs in high acuity or behavioral escalation settings.
- Background in clinic operations, internal reporting, or process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to research, school collaboration, or program development in ABA/mental health settings.
- Flexible, adaptable, and innovative approach to clinical leadership.
