Are you a seasoned finance professional seeking a dynamic leadership role within the wholesale sector? Our client, a leader in fabricating and distributing customized building products, is expanding its U.S. operations in Philadelphia and searching for an Accounting Manager to spearhead the accounting function. This opportunity offers a pivotal role in bridging U.S. and Chinese accounting practices, building out financial systems, and driving operational excellence. Candidates will join a collaborative team environment, serving dealer networks across North America and engaging in international financial coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage comprehensive financial accounting systems for the U.S. business, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and Chinese (PRC GAAP) accounting standards.
• Perform consolidation and conversion of financial information between U.S. and Chinese statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements for review by international parent company; support external audits.
• Participate in business information system implementation and lead digitalization efforts of business data.
• Cultivate strong relationships with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors to support regulatory compliance.
• Develop, document, and regularly optimize factory financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures.
• Manage contract review, cash management, and oversee operational risk controls related to business operations.
• Support additional financial tasks as required to fulfill evolving business needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience leading an accounting or finance function.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written), with demonstrated capability as a working language.
• Deep understanding of both U.S. GAAP and PRC GAAP standards.
• Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or industrial finance environments.
• Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements and supporting annual audits.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and process-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, or treasury operations.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation, or digitalization initiatives.
• Previous experience in international finance coordination or cross-border operations.
• Ability to optimize financial policies and internal controls in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Relocation experience and adaptability to new environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with cross-cultural teams.
