Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing activities, including processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
- Respond to resident inquiries, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor rent collections, process late fees, and manage lease renewals while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Provide support to leasing staff to ensure consistent and professional communication with residents and prospects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold the quality of units, common areas, and grounds.
- Perform administrative tasks such as invoice processing, record keeping, and compliance documentation.
- Step in to assist the Property Manager with resident or employee issues as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service/administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. and move about the property as needed.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in handling resident relations and addressing complex customer concerns.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and property management best practices.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and financial record-keeping.
