Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Team at the Candlelight Park Apartments in Davenport, IA. Candlelight Park offers studios, 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments plus 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. We are offering up to $72k/yrs, bonuses, and great benefits including 2 weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage 75,000 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 9th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO
• Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget)
• Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on guidelines
• Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all
• Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely manner
• Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income
• Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations
• Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• Property Manager experience with 300 units
• Must have 5 Years' of property manager experience in multi-family housing
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
• Have excellent verbal and written communication English and Spanish
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- Up to $72,000/Year!
