Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and company policies.
- Execute 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing necessary AP documentation and reports.
- Assist in cost and inventory-related finance activities as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to optimize AP workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and manufacturing industry standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in 3-way invoice matching and PO reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory and costing concepts relevant to AP.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AP automation or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions for reporting and reconciliation.
