We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Lead in the Medical ICU, The ideal Candidate will play a critical leadership role, working closely with nurse management, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
You Will
- Lead and supervise nursing and support staff
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care
- Drive patient safety and satisfaction initiatives
- Coordinate care plans with patients, families, and care teams
- Support staff development and performance management
- Oversee daily unit operations and staffing based on patient acuity
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff
- Participate in patient care as needed
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Address patient concerns and enhance care experience
- Collaborate on policy development and operational improvements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills (required)
- 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Active RN license (California)
- BLS (AHA or ARC) – required
- ACLS (AHA or ARC) – required
- TNCC – required
- Additional specialty certifications (preferred)
