Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Physical Therapist License – Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT Degree – Required
- CPR/BLS Certification – Preferred
