- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating: Must be willing to float to Step-Down and Medical-Surgical (MS) units
- Call: Required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Certifications Required:
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in clinical status, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments while following established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
- Float to Step-Down and Medical-Surgical units based on facility needs.
- Participate in required call coverage and weekend rotations.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
