We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 5-week contract assignment at Keene Center. Earn $43.88 per hour while working a consistent overnight schedule with 32 guaranteed hours per week. This opportunity is open to local candidates who have reliable transportation and can consistently meet the scheduled shifts.

Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts and maintaining consistent attendance throughout the assignment.

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and facility policies.

• Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in clinical status.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following appropriate safety protocols.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, medications, and responses to treatment accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.

• Follow infection prevention procedures, patient safety standards, and applicable nursing regulations.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.

• Support continuity of care through clear communication and appropriate shift handoffs.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for the assignment location.

• Relevant nursing experience appropriate to the facility and patient population.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team.

• Commitment to patient safety, professional ethics, and quality care.

• Availability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Thursday.

• Must be a local candidate with reliable transportation.

Additional certifications or specialty-specific experience may be required depending on the facility's needs.
