Are you a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in operations and team leadership? Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a Tech Lead Pharmacist to support and guide pharmacy technicians while driving operational excellence across our Arizona facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about improving pharmacy workflows and patient care delivery. You don't need to have an AZ license. MUST HAVE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support pharmacy technician operations across assigned sites
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies
Train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy tech teams
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to streamline processes
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing pharmacy technician operations preferred
Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and quality
Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-site environments
