Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Shift: Days - 0700-1530, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR) to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. As an RN in the OR, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery, assisting the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
Qualifications:
Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Previous experience in the OR or a related clinical setting preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with MedHost (Inpatient) and PICIS (OR) EMR systems a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
