Assignment Details
- Shift: Days and Nights available
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Pay: $47/hour
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,692/week
- OT: Available
- Extension: Possible with good performance
- Schedule: Variable/flexible; may need to float to an opposite shift
- 74-bed current resident capacity; facility is licensed for 80 beds.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and secured memory care services.
- Skilled census: Approximately 10–12
- Memory Care: 27-bed secured unit
- LTC: Three floors
- 1st Floor: 17 beds
- 2nd Floor: 30 beds
- 3rd Floor: 27 beds
- Charting: MyUnity / NetSmart
- Days: 3 nurses 2 medication aides
- Evenings: 3 nurses 2 medication aides
- Nights: 2 nurses 2 medication aides
- Nurses may need to float between shifts based on facility needs.
- Travelers must be flexible with variable scheduling.
- Arriving 7 minutes past the hour is considered late.
- Call-outs should be made through the facility's main line when appropriate; at least 4 hours' notice is expected when possible.
- Cell phones and earphones are not permitted in resident-care areas.
- Staff schedules are managed through the "When to Work" scheduling app.
- Monthly nursing staff meetings require 80% attendance.
- Daily Wonder-Guard checks are required, including placement and functionality checks.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work either days or nights as assigned
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule and float when needed
- Ability to work 36 guaranteed hours/week
