📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks of offer preferred)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend Requirement: 6 shifts per 6-week schedule
- Optional: 48-hour guarantee may be considered
- Deliver patient-centered care using critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Anticipate, plan, and implement safe care strategies
- Delegate tasks based on team members’ skill levels and experience
- Supervise and support patient care staff
- Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education
- Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
- Active Arizona RN License
- BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience
- Prior Cerner EMR experience required
- Comfortable working in a 6:1 patient ratio
- Willingness to float between multiple facilities
- Scrub Color: Any color
